Successful delivery

Once diamonds or coins are credited to the ID provided, the order is final and non-refundable.

Wrong ID entered

If you enter an incorrect ID and the recharge is delivered to it, this is treated as a customer error and is not eligible for any refund.

Correct ID, failed recharge

If your ID was correct but the recharge still couldn't be completed for another reason — for example the phone number on file doesn't match, or a temporary issue on the game's side — you will not receive a cash refund. Instead, we'll issue a coupon code that can be applied to your next recharge with us.

Payment errors

If you were charged but never received a confirmation from our team, contact us on WhatsApp immediately with your payment proof so we can investigate.
